When you’re engaged, it’s easy to get caught up in the flurry of what society says a wedding should be. What you are and are not supposed to do. The things you need to buy, and plan, and organize. For the brave few, there’s another way: eloping. It can be as simple as only needing each other. I was honored to be the witness and photographer for Elise and Matt on their wedding day at City Hall. These two have gone through a lot together, and it was incredibly special to see them commit themselves to one another at their intimate elopement ceremony. The way they look at each other was enough, and so much more.
